Hi guys, so I started learning cliffs of dover a few week ago and got the intro down, the problem here is I cannot play it cleanly when I start to increase the speed so I just start practicing more. One afternoon I change my tuning to half step down 🎸

About two months ago, I bought an electric Jackson and started teaching myself how to play. I had about 5 years of experience on the cello and piano, so I have a pretty good left hand and a good feel for rhythm. I’ve taught myself a couple Sabbath and Metallica 🎸

Title pretty much says it all. Frets 20, 21, & 22 on the first string are all playing the same note. Any tips on how to fix it would be nice, my running theory is maybe the truss rod needs adjustment. submitted by /u/I_have_no_fun [link] [comments]
