[NEWBIE] How do I get good at guitar?

I’ve seen a bunch of things like this and the replies are always like: “Have motivation” “Know where you want to go” “Don’t give up”

But I already have all that, I really want to get good. I just don’t know what to do.

I’ve been playing with some tabs, fingerstyle and pick, and I’ve also watched some things like AndyGuitar’s beginner series on YouTube. It’s been a few months but I feel like just doing that isn’t enough?

How do people get good at guitar?
