So I want to learn how to solo and improvise on the guitar and so far in my guitar journey I’ve only learnt a couple of scales (major/minor pentatonic scale and major scale) and I try to improvise to backing tracks using those. However I just put on a few 🎸

Anyone have any tricks for getting their hand in good positioning for barre chords high up on the neck (like 8th fret and higher). Feel like everyone always talks about the F major chord being tough but for me barre chiefs from 1st to 7th fret are fine but then 🎸
