Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I’m still a beginner. I was recently in a local guitar shop killing some time. I strummed a few chords on a guitar and I was struck by how easy it was to play. Pressing the strings down seemed easier. I didn’t 🎸

I’ve had my guitar for about 6 months but never change the strings until today, i put some light gauges on my guitar and tuned it up but after like 10 minutes it will go out of tune. should I just swap out the strings for a thicker gauge? submitted 🎸
