Taking up banjo Hi folks, I know this isn’t r/banjo but I was looking to expand to different instruments and was wondering if anyone could tell me their experiences of switching from guitar to banjo or vice versa. I have been playing guitar for 10+ years (both acoustic and electric) 🎸

Recently setup my Kramer pacer with a non recessed Floyd rose special and got it to stay in tune perfectly after a Gary Holt style whammy bar abuse session, decided to set up my Jackson Adrian Smith Sdx exactly the same but it won’t hold tuning, found out that the 🎸
