Hit a roadblock with progression, can anyone help? [question]

I started playing around a year ago and have been steadily progressing to a what I’m going to call intermediate beginner level, I can play a fair amount of beginner pieces but I feel like I’ve hit a wall with where to go next. The intermediate stuff is too hard but most of the beginner things I find on YouTube are now getting too easy and boring to play. I’m slightly leaning more towards the one note kind of solo style of playing if that makes sense, haven’t explored too much chord work yet. I was just wondering if anyone on here would be able to give me some advice on where to go next, I’m entirely self taught and starting to feel a bit unmotivated because I can’t find anything I want to learn. Thanks in advance and I’m sorry if my uneducated self has got any terms wrong or if this doesn’t really make sense, as you can tell I don’t really know what I’m going on about!

Edit: I should probably also mention I’m learning on an electric guitar
