[QUESTION] I almost cry happy tears when

I can play a little again. Like I said in my post a while ago I had a stroke 3 years ago and on top of it that, I took oan 8 year unintentional hiatus from playing (I couldn’t afford a quality acoustic guitar at the time…) When I tried to start playing late last year that I found that stroke took some minor motor function from me. I’m not as precise as I used to be with my fingers. Before, I had 20 years of experience on acoustic guitar. I can basically play anything at my peak. And I that gets me to my question: I know for a fact I get better at anything when I make it a habit, but the problem is these days my attention span is about 5 seconds long. True, I’m improving slightly. Place coming along so slow I need to be playing 40 years to get back where I was. So, my question is, what are some good ways to make it a habit? When I was a teenager I would play anywhere from 15 to 17 hours a day. If I could get back to that I’ll be a pro again inside of a month. I really want to get good again….
