[Discussion] Delay is great for exercises (in timing/patience)

I basically never use delay, but I’ve been entertaining family member’s kids and using it since it’s funky and weird and they like it.

I left it on and messed around with it, and one thing I’ve noticed is that it gives a consistent feedback in terms of timing, almost like having a metronome in sound. Seems incredibly obvious, but never thought to use it that way. Getting consistent echoes requires you get the timing right, and it’s great for practicing slower pieces.
