I turned 50 this year and have been playing for 37 years. Lately I’ve had some soreness that may be carpal tunnel or arthritis. I’ve looked up both, and they both are treated in similar ways – anti-inflammatory drugs and herbs, exercises and stretches, braces, massages, hot-cold treatments, ergonomics. I 🎸

I want take a risk here but i don’t see many people doing this from what i researched online. I have an international flight 24 hour duration with 2 legs and i don’t want the hassle of paying for a guitar case and shipping costs. I don’t plan on flying 🎸
