Anyone have any tricks for getting their hand in good positioning for barre chords high up on the neck (like 8th fret and higher). Feel like everyone always talks about the F major chord being tough but for me barre chiefs from 1st to 7th fret are fine but then 🎸

Picked up a used Squire Telecaster Custom with ‘Duncan Designed’ pickups a while back without doing any checking/testing it first. Eventually I discovered only one of the pickups was functioning.
