[Gear] Upgraded from a 10W amp to a 100W one – holy crap

My first 2 years I’ve been playing on a Blackstar amp which was pretty cool, but evidently on the cheaper side, it hummed and buzzed, didn’t fill the room, it has its charms but after that time I felt like I had finally outgrown it etc

I felt pretty safe ordering a Katana 100 MkII since it’s recommended literally everywhere.

I just plugged it in for the first time, it sounds amazing! And fucking hell it’s LOUD!

It was just mandatory to play around a bit and see the max volume but I didn’t expect THAT! It’s like giving an actual bloody concert in my living room – my neighbors probably won’t be as happy as me about that
