Turns out that when you take the distortion off and use the right pick-up, it’s already pretty close to something Mark Knopfler could do. I added some bluesy and chromatic notes, a few Dire Straits tricks and voila. This was just for fun. Let me know how you like it, and if you think it’s accurate!
