[QUESTION] Are there any viable options maybe laying around my house to give my frets a clean if i dont have a fret cleaner/polisher kit?

Restringing my guitar rn and realized my frets could for sure use a clean, but i dont have fret cleaner, just one of those dunlop guitar/fingerboard conditioner kits. Are there any alternatives i could use that will clean up my frets/give them a nice polish? Basically the only guitar store in my town isnt open on weekends and the closest guitar center is 45 mins from me.
