[QUESTION] – Can you get a guitar tremolo as stable as a hardtail / stopbar?

I have a guitar I love, but it has a tremolo that makes the guitar go out of tune. I know you can block it or deck it which I plan on doing, but the guitar is still within the range I can return it. I want to know if blocking or decking can make it as stable as if it was a hardtail/fixed bridge or close to it? If not, I’ll probably return it but if so I would love to keep it and just modify the tremolo.
