[QUESTION] How do I actually set my guitar up right?

I have an Ibanez GRG121DX-BKF guitar that I’m having problems with getting it set up correctly. I can’t have a low enough action to play comfortably without horrid fret buzz on the first fret. Even at about 2.4mm I’m getting fret buzz on the first fret for all strings which makes the guitar unplayable. I
