[Question] new to guitar where do I start?

Hey guys I’m very new to guitar I have an electric guitar with an amp given by my grandfather who was in a rock band for a while. What would be the best free way to start learning? I’m gonna be mainly interested in playing indie pop music and emo/alt music seeing as I’m an alt guy myself. Any YouTubers or things you could suggest would be much appreciated. Would love to share my progress with y’all too if that’s allowed

Edit: Ik how to read sheet music and music in gneral have been in choir for over 10 years and played sax for like 6 also clarinet and a tiny tiny bit of piano. And I don’t own an acoustic and can’t afford to get one atm
