[Question] Tone pot turns off guitar volume when it goes to 0

How do I fix this? I have been struggling on this for a while now and I am lost.

Here is my current wiring:

Volume pot – right is ground. middle is going to 3 way switch and hot output jack. Left is going to middle of the tone pot.

Tone Pot – right is empty. Middle is going to left of volume pot. Left is the capacitor which goes to ground.

I have pictures if needed. This is also a P90 – Humbucker combo with push pull cts pots, if that makes a difference

I would truly appreciate any insights.
