I have 2 rooms available for long term rent in my apartment. I’m a 25 year old guy from Edmonton. I’m sociable, clean, I play guitar and piano, but it’s generally quiet here. There is a larger room for $410 which includes hydro and internet, and a smaller room for $380, all inclusive as well. Both have windows, are mostly unfurnished.
