I bought a handmade semihollow that has seen some action (and it showed), and was stripped down to a cheap contact piezo pickup that was low-power, muted, 🎸

Wiring issue has me stumped. So I picked up a loaded S1 switch Fender pickgaurd the other day. Got it in and all was good for a few hours and then the bridge pickup stopped working right. I tried everything that I could think of. All of the soldering looks 🎸

I’ve been playing guitar for almost ten years now, but I’ve never taken the instrument seriously. I started actually learning how to play and understand music theory (very basic grasp of it, nowhere near competent yet). I’m trying to get up to speed with my legato and alternate picking techniques 🎸
