I started playing around a year ago and have been steadily progressing to a what I鈥檓 going to call intermediate beginner level, I can play a fair amount of beginner pieces but I feel like I鈥檝e hit a wall with where to go next. The intermediate stuff is too hard 馃幐
I’m on day 4 of this journey of learning guitar and my fingers expect brutality, but it seems I’m good for about 15 minutes then I have to stop for a bit, then I’ll hit the next 15 minute session. Nothing can be done now (as I just started) but 馃幐
I just got first ever guitar a few hours ago (around 5 hours ago), and they set up the classical guitar by cleaning it, tuning it and playing it professionally. Now, I’m watching some videos and guides to see the notes of the guitar, but they all seem to sound 馃幐
As said in title. Recently borrowed a mesa dual rectifier multiwatt from a friend of mine. It’s just hard to get the early 2000’s “pop punk” tone like new found glory, blink 182 and some relatively modern pop punk tone like neckdeep. I’m using a mesa 4×12 slant cab. And 馃幐
I am a beginner (self-learning, can just play basic chords) and CANNOT get my pinky to press on the strings one by one (like shredding). It also flaps like a train lever whenever I bend my pinky from the knuckle. No power or control over it unless I鈥檓 playing a 馃幐
