Hello everyone. I am a complete beginner when it comes to guitars(have only borrowed a friend’s classical for a few days) and I have been itching to get myself a budget electric guitar+amp set, see where it goes from there. Now, I have read a lot of posts where most 🎸

Looking for a new guitar. The problem I’m having is that when I use my whammy (squire strat) im out of tune pretty quickly. Guys I see that use their whammy alot seem to all have floyd rose bridge and seem to stay in tune. Are there better options for 🎸

Trying to do a solo for The Doors’ Light My Fire. It goes Am and Bm continuously. I’m so used to playing pentatonic scales in one single key that I am pretty useless when I can’t. Playing in either Am or Bm sounds horrible. submitted by /u/Pleasethelions [link] [comments]
