Used Peavey 2×12. Says it’s 8 ohms stereo 16 ohms mono with a selector switch on the back. Speakers are 8ohms each. This wiring looks to incorrect. I’m hoping to use the 16 ohm mono setting for my 16 ohm amp. So it should be wired in series right? Let 🎸

Everybody is in their beginner phase for different amounts of time based on practice time, skill, etc.. Most people likely have different definitions for what a beginner guitarist is also. I’m curious as to what you considered your beginner phase to be and how long it took you to graduate 🎸

This might be a bad idea, just wondering if anyone has done something like this before. I’m an amateur guitar player. I’ve played with several groups of people, but never been in an ongoing band. I wondered about beating the bushes around the neighborhood to see if there are any 🎸

Had my heart set on a tele, and coming off a Squier Strat, the Squier Affinity Telecaster Deluxe in black seemed a great option (also because a tele duh), but once I played this, was a no brainer really. Guess the tele will have to wait for another day! https://i.imgur.com/LWoNlbg.jpg 🎸
