[QUESTION] baritone neck pick up.

I’m in the process of building a T style baritone guitar that’s going to have a hot rail single coil size humbucker on the bridge and I’m not sure what to do about the neck pickup.

So, for baritone player, how often do you use your neck pickup and what kind of pickup do you prefer there?

The choices I have available are a 4 wire PAF style humbucker and a p90 that is currently in my epi les paul, I’d prefer to use the humbucker but I’m worried it’ll just be mud unless it’s split, I have push/pull pots so that’s achievable but if I’m going to always run it in single then I may as well try and find the lipstick pickup I have somewhere in my guitar parts graveyard.

For reference I play mostly metal but Mark Lettieri makes me want to make the baritone as versatile as possible because he’s funky as hell with one in his hands.
