For me, it’s an ’86 “purple burst” Explorer with 3x P90’s. I’ve /never/ seen another. Bought it for $300 in ’95, sold it for $400 in ’96 when I was moving. FUCK! You still see some ugly-as-sin camo versions on ebay now and then (for $2,500+), but the 2-tone purple 🎸

So, i haven’t touched my guitar in weeks and my fingers are soft. I played for a while then finger tip started to hurt. So i stopped. a day later i played again. did the same again. THIS TIME when i come to play my fingertip is numb with abit 🎸

Hey all! So I had no idea that Wes Borland used a semi bass/guitar setup for some songs, found out when I saw PRS made a custom one for him. Mixture of bass and guitar strings. I can’t help but be fascinated, and started thinking about building something like that. 🎸
